Friday evening, August 1, 2003, in the Ballroom of the Holiday Inn, downtown Duluth, as part of A Night to Remember, a Memorial Tribute was held to honor our classmates who have died. Classmates, The Rev. Roger Dahlin and The Rev. Clyde Rogers, led a dedication that included the ceremonial lighting of a candle for each classmate who has passed by a special friend. Eli Miletich rang a ceremonial bell as each name was called. The Reunion Choir sang Amazing Grace. Roger Morris, Denfeld Class of 1951 and member of the Aad Shrine Pipe Band was the piper.

The name given in parentheses following the name of a deceased is the classmate who honored their friend by lighting their candle. Each of our deceased classmates had friends who represented them during the Memorial Tribute. Thanks everyone. It was a very special event and will live on in our memory.

As of this date, August 1, 2015, we have learned of the deaths of 111 classmates. Our graduating class was approximately 300, meaning 179 of us still survive. Hurray!
If you are aware of the passing of a classmate not shown above, won't you please let us know so we can add their name to our list? Thanks.
The sincere condolences of the Denfeld class of 1953 goes out to the families and friends of our deceased classmates..
